Diocesan law requires couples to notify the parish at least 9 months in advance and take pre-marriage classes. The date for the marriage should not be set before consulting the parish priests. This 9 month period is used as a spiritual formation and counseling time. Members of our parish (registered members) may celebrate their wedding at St. Michael’s. In the case of two Catholics marrying, the proper church is that of the bride. In the case of an inter-religious marriage (Catholic and non-Catholic), the proper church is that of the Catholic party. Call the parish office at 487-4755 for more information.
